 Speak Up! | Coach Job Description

Speak Up! the public speaking and debating academy seeks dynamic and engaging coaches to join its growing team. The successful candidates will be hired to deliver Speak Up! sessions to young people across the country and will be heavily involved with building a start up business
from scratch.

The successful candidates will be excellent communicators, natural leaders and will be passionate about changing the world around them. They will believe sincerely in the potential of all young people and will want to use their own ability to help others achieve.

As the organisation grows, so will the role of the coaches who will be ambassadors for the Speak Up! project.  As well as believing and sharing in the aims and objectives of Speak Up!, the successful candidates will be enthusiastic about wanting to build an inspirational start up business and will take a 'hands on' role from the moment they are appointed.
